As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately. Please note that the delivery time may differ due to customs.

You must pay VAT and any other taxes on goods you buy from abroad.

On 1 April 2020, the VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce) took effect for foreign online shops and online marketplaces. As of this date, such businesses will collect Norwegian value-added tax (VAT) when you pay for goods that you have purchased online. Read more here.

In 2020, the NOK 3500 limit was removed for all goods. A transitional arrangement has been established which means that goods under NOK 3500 are exempt from the declaration obligation during the transitional period. There is still VAT on all goods from the first NOK after 1.4.2020. Read more here.

In practice, this means that the NOK 3500 limit remains in effect, and you do not have to pay import duty on such shipments.

Returns
‎We hope that you will love your new products, but if you for some reason would like to make a return, please follow our instructions below. You have 30 days, starting from the day you receive your package, to decide whether you want to keep your order, exchange or return it. We do not offer free returns, the cost for your return cost will depend on which location your return is being made from. Returned items should be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn with original packaging and tags attached. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.


How to make a return

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

Please note the following:

  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 30 days may be rejected and returned back to you

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

How to make an exchange
If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please make a return of your products through this link and you will be directed to our service for returns. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top.

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions. 

Please note the following:

  • We do not offer free returns, but if you wish to exchange a product, we will give you a free shipping code for your new order. Please email us at support@solmountaingoods.com and we will send you an email with your code. 

  • We’re unable to accept exchanges/returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package for return at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

How to make a claim
If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate email with further shipping instructions.

How long does it take to get a refund 
We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
